Ingredients

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup of flour

- 1 TB oil

- 1 can of meat. Chicken, tuna, sardines, etc.

- Optional cheese

- 1/4- 1/2 cup of water

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.

Bake at 400 degrees.

For 10-12 minutes, in a silicone baking sheet.
